Refund and Return Policy

It is highly recommended that you review any provided size charts, and product descriptions to ensure you have the correct product, as some of our merchandise has multiple choices to select from.  Be mindful, cell phones, laptops, desktops and tablets have different color settings, therefore, some product hues you receive may not be accurate to your device.

Refunds will be honored only in the event an incorrect item was shipped by the vendor.  If this shall occur, a full and prompt refund will be reimbursed to the customer.  The customer shall notify La Krem within 3 days of receipt of any incorrect item, with request for a refund.

There will be no refunds or exchanges for used or damaged items, or worn or damaged clothing and footwear.  Additionally, there will be no returns or refunds for sale priced items.

There will be no refunds on custom-made items, unless otherwise directed by the vendor.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  

Returns will be honored in the form of an exchange for an item(s) of the same dollar amount.  Returns must be received within 30 days from your receipt of the merchandise.

Exchanges will be honored for damaged items upon receipt.  That exchange will be for the same product.  La Krem shall be notified within 1 business day of receipt of the damaged item.  For damaged items due to travel, you will need to contact the appointed carrier for any applicable reimbursement.  We ask you do not discard any internal packaging or the shipment box/container, as you will need that information and packaging for your return along with transaction and tracking numbers.  Being safe, save your emails regarding your purchase to avoid any processing delays.  Photos may also be requested so be mindful of that upon receipt of your product.

There will be no refunds or exchanges for any reason, granted on items such as swimwear, undergarments, and any other item La Krem deems to be hygienically unsafe.  We reserve the right to deny refunds and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

Any applicable refund or exchange will only be processed after the merchandise is returned and inspected.  Any granted refund will only be processed back to the original method of payment. 

Restocking fees may be deducted, this will also be on a case-by-case basis.  For domestic purchases, that amount shall not exceed $15; for international purchases, the restocking fee shall not exceed $30.
